Allow configuration option to export PI Tags to Excel separated by a row or column to allows for timestamp information

My Customer, Southern California Edison, would like to have an option in Excel that would automatically include a blank row or column (depending on the output settings configured) so that they can export a few hundred tags, and then be able to request compressed data (including timestamps) for all the tags for a specific timerange.

Today, if they want to do this, they have to manually separate the tags with a blank column or row, which is very tedious.
