Provide examples that use PIPutVal and PIPutValX with Office Scripts

According to the PI DataLink documentation, PIPutVal and PIPutValX should be used only in VBA and not in regular Excel formulas. However, Microsoft and its customers are progressively phasing out the use of VBA macros to address the security issues with them. However, there is still hope for these functions. Office Scripts is the replacement for VBA in Excel, so PIPutVal and PIPutValX can be used in Office Scripts so that these functions can still be used, but in a more supported way. PI DataLink should come with an example workbook and Office Scripts scripts that shows how to use PIPutVal and PIPutValX in Office Scripts, and the documentation should be updated accordingly. Otherwise, if PIPutVal and PIPutValX are to be restricted to VBA, then they should just be deprecated.

This would also be a good opportunity to use XLSX files instead of XLS files for the example workbooks.
