Add calculation options to Calculated Data to match PSE

As an end user, I would like to choose calculation options other than time-weighted and event-weighted so that I can override the default processing of continuous or discrete. This functionality is currently available in PI System Explorer | Time Series Data | Summary | Weighting.

    This is very important. In order to release software that returns PI data, the data must be verifiable. If OSIsoft doesn't provide tools to verify the results of the SDK then software that is audited can't be released. An auditor would ask how do I verify that these results are good? We wouldn't be able to give an answer.
