Allow VBA to hide array formula Task Panes

Excel VBA code can invoke the resize/recalculate function on Datalink array formulae.  However this requires selection of the array and this pulls the appropriate Task Pane into view (unless the Datalink setting is in force that turns this off).  It would be good if the VBA code could hide this Task Pane, but trying to do this currently causes an exception.  See PI Square thread: https://pisquare.osisoft.com/message/116861-re-is-there-a-way-to-force-a-pi-datalink-array-formula-to-recalculateresize-using-vba-automation

Hello Everyone, Believing the implementation of support for dynamic arrays in PI DataLink 2021 will address the use case, I'm declining this request for closure. Please don't stop giving us your feedback as we are working on getting many of those done. Thanks, Victor Zhang OSIsoft, Product Manager

This could be avoided if PI DataLink worked better with dynamic arrays. Dynamic arrays don't need to be manually resized, so there is no need to programmatically select any cells, and so the issue of the task panes appearing due to VBA code largely disappears. https://feedback.osisoft.com/forums/555151-pi-datalink/suggestions/39904603-use-dynamic-arrays-for-array-functions-on-versions
