Enable Users to Specify Root Path When Searching for Events

Currently users have to specify a database when searching for events in PI DataLink. It would be more flexible and intuitive to let users specify a root path instead of database. The change will also make it consistent with the other functions in PI DataLink, which come with an optional field for root path.  A good use case would be to easily differentiate child events with the same name that are associated with the same element but under different parent events. The current functions will return all such child events with no direct way to capture a particular one among them in PI DataLink, though many Excel functions can be used to form a solution.
