Option for PI Point Number Inserts instead of Tag Names - tag renames stop spreadsheets from working.

ProcessBook stores tags by their pointid. If you change the name of a tag, It will still show up in ProcessBook. We would like to have the option to store tags in Xcel by the tag number instead of the name. As an example, we are getting ready to change allot of PI tag names, it would be nice to convert the spreadsheet to save current tags by pointid, then save the file. Change our PI tag names, then reopen the file and reconvert it tag names. When we change PI Tag names, we want the spreadsheets to still function.
