Provide easier workflow to retrieve the recorded values for EF attribute

As a DataLink user, I would like to see all the values of the event frame attributes during the start and end time using the Explore Events function so that I don't need to ask for the compressed values during that time range for each of the attributes manually. Note: This was previously Enhancement 26988OSI8

    Import raw, archived data for a PI tag Into Excel based on start and end times of specified event frame.

    As a DataLink user, I would like to see the values of the attributes during the starttime and endtime period of each event frame that I pull into the DataLink using Explore Events tool. So that I don't need to ask for the compressed values during that time range for each of the attributes manually.
