EFGEN - Allow for null/blank values to be Zeroth State for active point

When my EFGen Active Point tags have a null value, the interface should be able to designate this as a Zeroth State.

Agreed. The interface should allow empty strings as the Zeroth State.

In response to the "Tell Us More" label. In many scenarios, the active point tag is a string tag (perhaps even the same tag which stores the Batch ID). In the case where it is the Batch ID tag, the goal is to have EFGen start an EF when the tag is not an empty string and end the EF when the tag is an empty string. EFGen currently doesn't allow an empty string in the configuration.

I was able to set the Zeroth state to blank by just putting a comma in the "Strings indicating zeroth state" field

The "comma" trick by @GrantPfeifer solve it for me. Excellent!
