Add new feature to allow PI Citect Interface to use the syntax [] to select an element of an array.

The ability to address parts of an array via the Citect API will cut down the number of Citect variables that need to be created so that they can be collected by the PI Citect Interface.

Allow the use of syntax [] to select an element of an array with the Citect API.
