Supress PI-APS messages for Error -2147220428: Failed to create point on server. [-10550] Tag Already Exists in Table

Seeing "information" messages in PI-SDK related to "Error -2147220428: Failed to create point on server. [-10550] Tag Already Exists in Table" which is irrelevant to see in the logs.


If one source instance sending to multiple destination instances with different point sources, out of this only one PI-APS instance taking responsibility of creating tags. In that case, that particular instance recording heaps of "information" messages in SDK which is creating a problem for us at the time of troubleshooting other issues.


If this messages can be supressed in the next release, that would be really big help for customers like us who are interested to use the PI-APS.

    Thank you for submitting this feature request. We appreciate your interest and understand this feature is important to you. We are considering this request for a future release, but do not have plans to implement it at this time. However, we have added the request to our backlog so we may keep it in mind as we continue to improve our connectivity products.
