EMDVB Data Type Enhancement

Please include option in the DeltaV EMDVB interface that can handle the timestamp format used with .evt files. Currently, if in the interface a trigger is used with a property, the timestamp format in the .evt file is retained, which cannot be stored as datetime in PI without error or further formatting in PI.
