PItoPI: Exception reporting is bypassed without /SN parameter

The PI to PI interface bypasses exception reporting when moving data from source to destination PI server. The alteration to the PI to PI architecture should be rectified in the next update of the PI to PI interface. There is an existing KI for the product and with something this serious that drastically hamper performance should be address as soon as possible.

    This "change" introduced in version 3.10.2.17 of the PItoPI Interface came unexpectedly and brought a lot of trouble.
    We even had to downgrade two PItoPI Interfaces to version 3.10.1.10.

    We use several PItoPI Interfaces with many PI tags (10-20k tags each), snapshots without Exception Reporting could cause the PI Server to become overloaded.
    In our opinion, this is a bug and should be fixed in a future version.
