Improvement: EFGen in PIBaGen compatibility mode it is not possible to disable merging at the Procedure/Batch level

It would be nice if it was possible to configure PIEFGen in PIBaGen mode to configure it to either merge consecutive event frames or disable merging of consecutive event frames at the Procedure level. For example, in PI Batch Generator interface configuration there is the "PIBatch Search Time (in hrs)" which dictates how Batches should be merged at the Procedure/Batch level - if a start of a consecutive batch is within "PIBatch Search Time (in hrs)" time from end time of the previous one, Batches will be merged. Otherwise Batches will not be merged. Such option is not available in EFGen.

In EFGen there is the "Extended Procedure Search Time" setting, but this is used for a different purpose during history recovery only.
