Offset timestamps send by  PI Interface for  Environmental Systems Corp StackVision

Please allow the option to offset data sent by the interface. This will enhance the ability to compare time stamps between data sources and the PI Server  in different timezones.

    We recently (start of the year) setup a ESCSV interface to pull data from their StackVision server into PI. We noticed that data in PI is ahead by an hour after Daylight Savings Time. Unfortunately the ESCSV interface does not support specifying source time server as the timestamp so this caused an issue for us. We fall into the specific situation of having our StackVision server has no Daylight Savings, while the PI Server has Daylight Savings. This is specified in the interface user guide as being the specific situation where the tags should have a time offset applied through the Reconciliation Utility. We applied this offset, but this didn't resolve our issue. We also talked to Jon M. at the PI User Conference about this specific issue.
