Have option to publish data only when the value changes

As a user for PI Integrator for BA, I would like to have an option to only publish data when the value changes. The use case: a point is calculated via analysis service once a minute, and the value does not change often. I want the data to be published only when the value changes. Right now, PI Integrator for BA publishes the same (unchanged) value at each run with a different timestamp

    Thanks for sharing your feedback on the PI Integrator! This capability exists within streaming views, and would be a very large undertaking to replicate in a logical way with asset views, so we will be declining this idea for now. You may have recently noticed that a number of ideas on our feedback site have been marked as “Declined”. While many of these ideas are great and valuable suggestions, we need to be more diligent about recognizing our development priorities and communicating back to those users when we realize we won't be able to act on something. We are currently working through a large effort to clean our feedback forums up and provide "Declined" statuses where we recognize that we won't be working on an idea in a reasonable timeframe. This effort spans across all of our products and will help us improve the transparency, usability, and sustainability of our feedback forums. If an idea that was declined is critical for your operations, please let us know by adding a comment on the idea.
