Provide support for Element Attribute with Value Retrieval Method by time Not Supported when requesting sampled data with an interval

When retrieving AF attributes with a by Time Range setting of Not supported, the integrator will not return the data for the intervals as defined by the Query.

    The ability to calculate a total for an AF attribute over an event frame has been added to Event Views in the 2018 R2 release. While it doesn't address the exact behavior mentioned in this idea of supporting value retrieval method of "Not Supported", it addresses a major use case for why this behavior was requested.
