Support Amazon S3 Bucket as a file endpoint

Add the ability to define an Amazon S3 Bucket as an endpoint for text files.  Some external vendors are using this as a preferred method for data ingress.  The only way I could find to do  this today is using a powershell script we've published on PI Square.

    This was released as part of PI Integrator for Business Analytics 2018 R2 in November 2018.

    At J&J we have a validated mechanism to send the file to Amazon S3 bucket - this could be another option next to the powershell scripts
