Add Conversion Factor configuration to PI Integrator for BA

When adding Total column in PI Integrator for BA it is one day total (Conversion Factor = 1) by default. This should be configurable.

    The latest release, PI Integrator for Business Analytics 2018 R2, includes added support for additional and custom conversion factors for a Total column.

    If the user overlook this issue, it can cause big inaccuracy in next systems which use the results of PI Integrator.

    If, then i would expect this to be dependent on the interval in the publication. So if you ask for 1-hour total values, and the input rate is in e.g. kg/s, then a totalization factor of 60s*60m should be applied.

    In response to Roger Palmen, "If, then i would expect this to be depen..." Yes, that´s true. But if the user has possibility to choose "total" as an agregation function, than the user should be able to set conversion factor separately for every totalised column.

There is no guarantee that all results in one column come from an attribute with the same UoM.   PS: UoM support in the integrator is already a tricky subject, but that's another topic.
