Add support for Kerberized Hadoop

We would like to use the Integrator to publish to a  Kerberized Hadoop cluster (Hadoop that uses Kerberos tickets). Currently this is not supported by the Integrator (Enhancement 148795.), and if you try to set up a Hadoop target that is a Kerberized Hadoop cluster, you will see the error: "HadoopHDFSWriter::GetHomeDirectoryAsync: Request failed. Authentication required Result: ...401 Authentication required..." Current workaround: publish to a SQL Server target instead and then use a Hadoop tool such as Sqoop to bulk copy data from the SQL Server to Hadoop.

In the 2018 release, we will add HttpFS support to the Hadoop writer, which can be configured for Kerberos security in Cloudera Hadoop.
