Add support for OAuth2 authenication for the Hadoop target

It would be good to support more types of authentication. The current release of Hadoops add OAuth2 support to WebHDFS. This helps PI Integrator for BA to integrate with enterprise data lakes utilizing single-signon systems.

    Thanks for sharing your feedback on the PI Integrator. While we recognize that adding OAuth2 support to WebHDFS would help simplify target configuration, we have decided to decline this idea, as our current engineering efforts are focused on cementing product stability and reliability, and we don't expect that we'll be able to prioritize this idea in a reasonable time period.

    This would also allow the PI System to use Windows Active Directory Federated Services as organizations move to Office365.
