Add monthly publish option

The Integrator can currently publish on a schedule of minutes, hours, days, and weeks, but there is no "months" option. If we have meter data, for example, that are entered once a month on the 5th, we would like the Integrator to be able to publish on the 8th every month to capture these data. Setting the publishing interval to 31 days works for several months but eventually drifts to later and later in the month, at which point the view needs to be recreated.

    This is now supported in PI Integrator for Business Analytics 2018. You can type in an integer value for the "day of the month" in the "First Run" field and schedule the view to recur every 1 month.
