Add automatic "Update Data" configuration option

Add the option to automatically update data that were previously published by a continuous view when data have changed since the last publish time. For example, a continuous view runs once every 24 hours to gather interpolated hourly data from devices. These devices typically report back every 24 hours, but sometimes there are connectivity issues that cause data to come in late. Currently the Integrator will publish the previous value for each hour until a current value comes in and will not go back to recalculate the interpolated values that were already published. There is a workaround to manually select the "Update Data" button on the Integrator UI, but with many views this can become impractical.

We are in great need of this feature. We use the BI Integrator to provide a data source based on event frames, which frequently contain values which are updated at a later time with manual data entries. Since this happens on a somewhat random, but relatively frequent basis, we need to be able to set up a schedule to have that update procedure run automatically to provide accurate information back to our end users.

Working with a pipeline customer that has a gas volume forecast for the next 7 days which gets progressively more and more accurate. I would be happy with the equivalent of PI data Archive ARCREPLACE except for SQL tables coupled with publish runs that have an overlapping time range.
