Remove default columns from text file target

In the output file for the text file target there are some default columns that get added to the file "ID, PIIntTSTicks, and PIINTShapeID ". It will be good if those columns are not automatically added to the output file.

    This idea has been completed in PI Integrator for Business Analytics 2020 release.

    This feature will be included in the release after PI Integrator for Business Analytics 2016 R2 SP1 which is currently scheduled for Q1/2018.

    Update: this has been completed except for the ID column, which still exists and is part of the output file.

    Joy, I see that the ID column has been removed in 2020. One of the users of a view has a system already configured to account for the ID column and has requested that I put the ID column back in one of my views. Is this controllable and if so, how? Thanks

    Hi PowerPI, whether the ID column is present is not configurable. We created a separate feedback request for users who want this to be a configurable option: Add a toggleable switch for text file targets to allow the ID Column.
