Add a "quality tag" to the Integrator jobs that tells the receiving system if the Data source is up or down.

Having an "up/down" or source-system quality check will help the receiving systems know if the data is flowing or stopped. If destination analytics are using the output of an Integrator and are expecting the latest values to be available in calculations, knowing if the system is down can prevent invalid analyses outputs/calculated values due to missing or stale data.
