Support element renames

As someone who works with both the integrator and other PI admins, I would like the integrator to detect element renames and include the new name in future publications. PI admins may need to rename elements, but currently this will cause a discrepancy between the name stored in AF and the name sent by the integrator.

    This request is addressed and completed in the 2018 release. Added, renamed, and deleted elements will be propagated to the views automatically. See release notes and user guide for additional details.
