Allow the AF attribute description to used in the popup display instead of the AF attribute name

Pop-up display shows AF attribute named 'Level1' but instead I would like the map popup to use the AF attribute Description value for the field example "SiteName-Street-Weir Level' rather the AF attribute name 'Level1'. This is more descriptive and provides the user with more information. For example for the sinusoid tag the AF description value is 12 Hour Sine Wave. I would like '12 Hour Sine Wave' to be the field name rather than Attribute1.
