Use of X.509 CA Certificate for authentication to Azure IoT Hub

I am evaluating the use of PI Integrator for Business - Advanced Edition for integration with an Azure IoT Hub. Based on the documentation, authentication is only supported via a symmetric key. Are there any plans to update the PI integrator to use X.509 CA signed certificate authentication?

    For the Azure IoT hub we are connecting to, authentication is required using certificates. Without them, the device is automatically deleted. I believe this is for security reasons.
