Improve writer performance to Amazon Redshift for views with multiple shape matches

Currently, PI Integrator for Business Analytics takes much longer time to write to the Amazon Redshift target for views with multiple matches.

For below example,

  • View 1: 1 shape match with 300 rows of data

  • View 2: 300 shape matches with 1 row of data for each match. Total 300 rows of data.

View 2 takes much longer time than view 1 to write to the same Redshift target.


As a user, I'd like to have the same performance given the amount of data is the same in the above example.

I'd also like to be able to configure the bulk write parameter.
