Support ArcGIS since the PI ESRI Integrator has been retired.

As a customer that used to utilize the PI ESRI Integrator and it is no longer supported we were forced to disable the interface when we found a cyber security vulnerability. The AVEVA recommended replacement is PI4BA. The only supported common interface method between PI4BA and ESRI ArcGIS is a CSV file. Since it is not 1999, we choose not to utilize this flat file method. As an industry leading entity, we would hope you could do better.
