PI Integrator does not consistently sample the data at 2:00 AM during the DST change.

If we configure a view to sample an average data once a day at 2:00 AM, the sampling time will shift by one hour after the DST change. This impacts our calculations because the timestamps are recorded at 1:00 AM after the DST change.

We want the data to be sampled at 2:00 AM consistently. We don’t mind if the sampling occurs at 1:00 AM only on the day of the transition, but on the following days, it should return to 2:00 AM instead of continuing at 1:00 AM.
