Remove the PI Integrator For Esri ArcGIS from the feedback website

According to this article, the PI Integrator For Esri ArcGIS has been unsupported for a few years now. If there is no plan to reverse this decision, then the feedback for this program should be hidden from view for people who do not work for AVEVA, or the feedback should be archived for AVEVA's internal use only and then deleted from the feedback website. The feedback is still valuable for the development of other products, which is why I do not suggest outright deleting the feedback with no backup. The "PI Integrator For Esri ArcGIS" category should also be removed from the feedback website so that no further feedback can be given for this program.
