improve free-form schema/message structure

Currently the free-form schema structure seems to have limitations. The tags can't be reordered and will display as per the asset view. If any additional properties are added, these can only be at the end of the message. I would like to be able to add properties at the start of a message so we can have an early filter on the message so in the message bus a downstream process doesn't have to look through the whole message
