Allow option to include SYSTEM Digital State in value column

Currently, whenever there is a SYSTEM Digital State written to a PI Point attribute, the PI Integrator for BA will output a null and to be able to publish the state value, an additional data column for status needs to be added. It would be nice to have the option to be able to include the SYSTEM Digital State value in the value column along with the rest of the PI Point attribute values.
