For timestamp columns, provide more timezones in addition to local and GMT

The timestamp columns in Pi Integrator only have "local" and "GMT" options. If possible, it would be useful to add additional timezones which would return the timestamp converted to that timezone.

    This is important for users whose PI Integrator for Business Analytics server and Data Archive Server are in different time zones. Being restricted can cause confusion when users are viewing published data.

    This is a important feature that our enterprise data science teams are looking for. Need to take into account the differences in when daylight savings is applied in different regions e.g US v's EU.
