Default batch search terms for all users when they log into the website

Default filter for all users every time they log into the application. The RtReports generator search page requires a user to enter the filter every time they log into the application. This is especially burdensome as the users are logged out after a minute or two of inactivity.

    The purpose of the default filter is that we use event frames for a number of different reasons and don't want to create a new AF database for just RTReports. We generate 1 - 3 event frames for RtReports per day but ~40 - 100 event frames for other reasons. It can be challenging to find the correct event frame unless we can have a default search term for recipe or product.
