Have both default PI Data Archive and Asset Framework Server load in generator

Some customers are using the same RtReports Server to connect to both PI Data Archives (for batches) and Asset Framework Servers (for Event Frames) since they are using both at the same time. They'd like to be able to store both DA and AF/Database in the Generator, so there's no need to click around selecting them.

    Some interfaces such as EVT don't switch over to creating event frames easily and becomes a big validation effort (new interface configuration and potentially new report templates to support differences). This makes using older PIBatch and Event Frames in various report templates necessary as interfaces are switched over.
