Enable Including Event Frames in Time Based Report

It would be useful to have the possibility to include EFs in a Time Based Template. For example: - if downtime events are recorded as Event Frames, I would like to report on all the downtime EFs occurred in the last month (for example), including acknowledges and annotations. - Using PI Connector for Siemens Simatic PCS7, conditions end-up in PI Event Frames accompanied with a related set of static and dynamic attributes. Having the possibility of including Conditions EFs in a time based report could be useful.

Please elaborate on how Event Frames are expected to be utilized within a Time Based Template. What use cases need to be met?

In reality, this applies to both batch and time based reports. Many alarms and events associated with units being reported on are essentially not associated with a parent event frame. Rather they are stand alone events created by an interface, analytics, or customer custom code. RTReports should be able to search for and include other EF's associated with an element with some search criteria.. ie all EF's associated with the parent element with a template type of XXX and a category of YYY and a severity of ZZZ

For example, I use the AF SPC functionality to generate event frames if a parameter goes out of control. I'd like to be able to view all of these event frames within a 1 day period.
