Conditionally set the Report Approval Cycle

As an RtReports administrator, I would like to set my reports to only require the review cycle to be completed if the batch data is flagged as questionable. Otherwise, no manual review should be required.

    This suggestion is similar to 2 others submitted and upvoted earlier this year: all of these requests can be summarized as asking for more flexible, conditional review process which can be programatically queried or controlled. https://feedback.osisoft.com/forums/555154-rtreports/suggestions/17964184-conditional-approval https://feedback.osisoft.com/forums/555154-rtreports/suggestions/20009893-allow-access-to-rtreports-review-data-programmatic I understand that rethinking the reviewing process will require considerable effort, but is this a feature that can be considered for 4.1? The demand obviously exists, but it's nowhere to be found on the current RtReports roadmap.
