Return Tag Engineering Units in the data journal

In RtReports, Tag Engineering Units should be exposed in the data journal under result properties in the same fashion that the tag descriptor currently is.

    The Engineering Units are exposed in the data journal already for Compressed, Interpolated and Exact Time Result definitions.
