Ability to delete "released" reports for demo or testing purposes

As the report designer and/or integrator, I would like the ability to delete “released” reports used for demo/testing purposes. Specifically, when having to test how the official print looked, or e-signature capability, or to show the customer how those items worked. Without that utility, testing “released” functionality is a lot harder.

We are declining this item as we don't feel it's the right fit with our overall RtReports product strategy. Thank you for your feedback, and please continue sharing your thoughts on how we can better serve you.

    Hello,

Could you implement a functionality that allows the deletion of reports that have been marked as “released”? For example, during the report creation process, we could include an option to classify a report as “Development Testing.” When this flag is applied, the system would permit the report to be deleted without restrictions, as these reports are not intended for batch releases and are not subject to CFR21 Part 11 requirements.

This capability is important to prevent the accumulation of unused reports generated solely for end‑to‑end application testing. Allowing their removal helps maintain a clean and manageable report list and avoids unnecessary clutter in the production environment.
