Option to not have Value Retrieval Method and TagTot "fill in the gaps"

When taking a Total using Value Retrieval Method (configured in AF Attribute) or using TagTot (an AF Analytics function), PI will "fill in" gaps in the data. For instance, if you have a Float32 tag that is reading good for half of the day and then reads "Bad" (a SYSTEM digital state) for the other half of the day, PI will find the actual Total (integration) of the data that exists, then it will see that 50% of the data is missing, so it will divide the known total by 50%, assuming the average of the known data holds true during the unknown time period. This is a huge assumption and unwanted in a lot of cases. It would be nice if Value Retrieval Method and TagTot has an option to disable this "fill the gap" feature.

Giving customers the option to disable the "fill the gap" feature would be extremely beneficial. It allows for much greater flexibility when using these total functions.
