Subscription Templates

I'm currently working on a project to push notifications immediately to a database, via REST delivery endpoint. However, each delivery endpoint needs to be subscribed per notification rule, AND also configured. Configuration can take awhile to do, and having to do it PER notification rule becomes an arduous task even if there are element templates. A subscription template (at least for web-based delivery endpoints) would greatly assist with this repetitive task.
