Change column order in System Explorer Attributes tables

Allow the user to change the order of columns that appear in the Attributes table in System Explorer. Currently, as columns are "checked" to be shown via Column Visibility setting, they appear in a predefined order and cannot be changed. For example, I would prefer to see the order of my columns in this table as Name, Description, Value, Unit of Measure.
