Add severity as a notification trigger criteria

Sometimes we have cases where we want to create the event but do not send a notification if the severity is low. I think it would be beneficial if we could add the severity as a criteria for notifications, that way we can choose at which point the message is actually sent to users.

There is a workaround to obtain that result, but a native option would be easier and appreciated.
