Event Frame Search using Attribute Value Filter should return results if the Attribute contains the specified value anytime during the duration of the Event Frame.

When specifying an Attribute Value Filter, PI System Explorer's Event Frame Search should return any Event Frame where the attribute has an event with the specified value during the duration of the event frame.

Currently, the search only returns Event Frames if the captured value of the Event Frame attribute is equal to the value specified for the Attribute Value filter.

There could be 100's of Events in a Event frame, when we need to pick out Eventframe's via a query against attribute values on the event, the eventFrame should be available even if there just a few events in the set that have the value specified. lacking the clarity on how the eventframe is selected against a attribute query mean, there are EF's which are not getting listed as output.

This is must required feature, currently limited to event frame search matching with last recorded attribute value. When custom filters are available in Product, then this is intended to show even frames when pi point value is matched with search criteria during entire time not the last record.
