Limit rate of published changes through PI Builder

A lot of PI servers we work with have a high system load. When we create, change or delete PI Points in PI Builder we have to do a few hundred points at a time and monitor the Pending Events counter from Update Subsystem on the PI server to make sure it has normalized before we do another batch of points. If we just change a few thousand points at once, the collective will de-sync and cause a lot of issues.

When clicking the "publish" button and choosing your options, we would love a box where we could input a delay between each change, say 1000 milliseconds. That way we could click "publish" and wait without more manual work.

Alternatively the delay option could be located under "settings" in PI Builder.
