Effective Access tab in PSE should show Owner Identity

This enhancement would be resolving a rare problem, as the Owner Identity is not granted rights to any Items in AF by default. It would be due to the security scheme configured in AF, which the responsible AF Administrator should be aware of.

The creator of a given AF Object is granted the security rights of the Owner Identity on that Object.
This is a property of the Item created, and with the AF Object selected its owner can be seen in the bottom left corner of PI System Explorer.

In the Security Configuration Effective Access, the User tested is shown with the Identites it is mapped to, rather than the Identities granting this user rights to the Item being checked.
Since AF Users cannot be mapped to the Owner Identity explicitly, this could lead to confusion when a user is seen in the Security Configuration UI to have Permissions not granted by the Identities listed.
