Change default setting for new analysis templates enabling from True to False

When an analysis template is added or new analysis are created with PI Builder the default option is to "enable analyses when created from template" = True. This should be changed to false with an opt-in for automatic enabling. Users easily forget to explicitly set this to false when they do modifications. This causes a high number of analysis in error when elements are not yet properly configured and the change is rolled out automatically to all elements.

The "safe" option should be the default.

This is something I always recommend when coaching building analytics, to disable "Enable analyses when created from template" by default.

In addition to possibly generating a high number of analysis in error as suggested by OP, there are more impacting consequinces that can occur - such as:

If tag creation is being used, tags can be created before the user has finalised the settings, which often creates ophan tags that need to be tidied up.

Worse, if not careful the analysis may end writing data to pre-existing tags.

Opting in to automatically enabling analyses once testing is complete is a much safer solution.
