Aveva Identity Manager Should have Buttons for all auth providers

Similar to many other sites that users are familiar with that have "Login with Google", "Login with Microsoft", etc buttons, AIM should provide buttons to make it clear as to what type of login the user should be using. Also, all of these buttons should be controllable from the appsettings.json file.

The generic username and password with the password field disappearing upon entering a email address is to ambiguous and is confusing to users that are not intimately familiar with what is going on.
