Allow PI AF Analyses to reference PI Vision dashboard start time

PI AF attributes can summarize other PI Point attributes across a time range using value retrieval methods and setting the "TimeMethod" parameter to "TimeRange". When a PI Vision dashboard references these summary attributes, it overrides the time range configured in the attribute's "RelativeTime" parameter and applies the dashboard's time range instead. This flexibility allows the end user to summarize a PI Point over any time range they choose.

We would like to perform slightly more complex summaries that rely on Asset Analytics, but Analyses aren't compatible with PI Point summary attributes.

This compatibility would enable the user to view Analysis outputs over a custom time range by modifying the dashboard time range in PI Vision.
